Summer in Mara coming to PC and Switch in June, PS4 & Xbox One launch later

Chibig Studios’ farm-sim/adventure game Summer in Mara is coming to PC and Switch this month. After a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2019, Summer in Mara is now ready to be released. While the PS4 and Xbox One releases are still planned, they won’t be until later in 2020.

Right now, players are able to play the prologue for the game on Steam with the free prologue also coming to Switch closer to launch. Originally described as a combination of The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker and Stardew ValleySummer in Mara is an adventure game about tending to your own island.

Players will farm, craft and sail as well as discover new islands to tend to as well.

According to Chibig Studios, Summer in Mara will provide players over 30 hours of playtime, over 250 missions and more than 20 characters to meet and interact with. Starring Koa, players will need to farm and explore in order to understand and learn about the evil corporation Elit.

Elit wants to takeover Mara and it’s up to Koa and the player to protect it and make it a better place.

Summer in Mara launches for PC and Switch on June 16, 2020.
