Jake Truman is World of Tanks Asia’s ANZ Product Manager, Vondle is the new Community Manager

Wargaming has announced some staff changes within its ANZ branch. Jake Truman has been promoted to ANZ Product Manager and Dillon ‘Vondle’ Jaie has been promoted to Community Manager. Truman joined the World of Tanks team in 2018 as a Community Evangelist.

In his role as Product Manager, Truman will be “responsible for the overall ANZ operations of World of Tanks with a focus on in-game activities and regional/global events.” He will work with the Regional Publishing Director and Business Intelligence team to drive player engagement.

Truman said;

Our core focus for the last two years has been re-engaging our ANZ players from the ground up. Looking to 2020 and beyond, we have a plethora of exciting announcements and initiatives planned and look forward to getting involved with the broader gaming community. World of Tanks is undoubtedly, still a force to be reckoned with!

Vondle will, as the Community Manager for World of Tanks ANZ, be responsible for “driving the products narrative in major English-speaking communities, become the face of the product in the community and manage the curation of content and discussions on topics relevant to ANZ players.”

World of Tanks is now looking for a Content Creator to join its ranks. More information on this position is available here.
