Reigning World Champion race car driver Lewis Hamilton joins the Infinite Warfare cast

Activision and Infinity Ward have announced that Reigning World Champion race driver Lewis Hamilton will appear in a cameo in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Hamilton appears as an engineer on-board the Retribution; one of the UNSA’s (United Nations Space Alliance) few remaining ships. Hamilton described being a part of the latest Call of Duty as “an incredible experience.” He also said “I’ve been a Call of Duty fan for long time, so it’s an absolute honour to be part of this game and the franchise.”

Infinity Ward Narrative Director Taylor Kurosaki said, “Everyone at Infinity Ward was excited to work with Lewis since we’re all huge fans of his. He came to Call of Duty with the same approach he takes to the racetrack, determined to nail his performance – which he absolutely did!”

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare also features Kit Harrington and Conor McGregor.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One from November 4, 2016.
