Sinner Sacrifice for Redemption launches next week

Sinner Sacrifice for Redemption, the Chibi Soulsborne title from Another Indie and Dark Star Game Studios finally has a release date. And it’s very, very soon.

Back in April, it was announced that the release date had been pushed back to Q3 2018, originally due on April 25. Now, it’s been revealed that Sinner Sacrifice for Redemption will be available on October 18.

Announced for PS4 and Xbox One, it was also revealed in April that the title would also be available for Nintendo Switch. PC players will have to wait a little while longer until it releases as a First On Discord title at a later date.

Sinner Sacrifice for Redemption

Sinner Sacrifice for Redemption has been developed by a team that includes a former Ubisoft Art Director, Konami programmer and Blizzard artist and follows Adam on his quest for absolution. The enemies in-game are all inspired by and based on the seven deadly sins and each will have a special and unique connection with Adam.

Prior to each battle, Adam will need to sacrifice a part of himself and thereby receive a permanent debuff. Hence, the title of the game. As the game goes on, each battle will become more difficult as Adam loses health and his armour and weapons degrade.

Iain Garner, director of developer relations, Another Indie said of the game;

Sinner provides the intense action players crave in hardcore games through intimate battles that are accessible in any order. By giving players the freedom to choose their path through its devilish challenges, Sinner offers player agency without sacrificing a compelling story.

Sinner Sacrifice for Redemption will launch with language support for English, Spanish, German, French, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Russian.

Sinner Sacrifice for Redemption launches on October 18.
