As if it wasn’t bad enough that every anime now has a title exactly four paragraphs long, SEGA has announced today that Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles is coming to Switch in June. Based on the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba anime, Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles is already available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
When it launches on Switch, Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles will come with all of the features and content available on other platforms. This includes all post-launch content, online missions and balance changes.

In addition to coming to the eShop, a physical version of the game is also available for pre-order. By pre-ordering the physical edition, players will get 1 Kimetsu Academy Character Unlock Key (Tanjiro Kamado) which is only included with the physical release.
It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself. Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human and kill the demon that massacred his family. A sorrowful tale of siblings in which the fates of humans and demons intertwine… begins now!
