Super Mario Maker 2 on Switch is a flawless idea

During a mammoth Nintendo Direct Super Mario Maker 2 for Switch was finally announced.

Coming in June, exclusively for Switch, Super Mario Maker 2 brings everything from the original and adds all-new features, items and content. Even the artwork shows Luigi wearing a hardhat alongside Mario. 

In addition to the existing themes and items, Super Mario Maker 2 adds Super Mario 3D World items and style.

Ever since the Switch was announced, fans of the original game on Wii U and 3DS have been clamouring for a sequel and Nintendo has given them what they want. Super Mario Maker 2 will allow Switch owners to create and play custom levels at home, while travelling and in handheld mode. It’s an incredible experience and given the improved nature of the Switch’s touchscreen, it’s sure to make playing the sequel even better. 

Super Mario Maker 2 will be available for Switch in June 2019.
