Find out more about Sekiro Shadows Die Twice with the story trailer

It’s less than a month until we get our hands on Sekiro Shadows Die Twice. FromSoftware recently released a story preview trailer which helps to contextualise and explain just what exactly is going on with the Sekiro Shadows Die Twice story.

From the brilliant minds at FromSoftware, creators of Bloodborne and Dark Souls, the story is often something that’s found within the game and not overtly shared with the player. Not even when actively seeking it out. However, it appears as though the Sekiro Shadows Die Twice story is more prominent than in other titles from the developer.

Sekiro Shadows Die Twice Story

According to FromSoftware;

Explore late 1500s Sengoku Japan, a brutal period of constant life and death conflict, as you come face-to-face with larger than life foes in a dark and twisted world.

Unleash an arsenal of deadly prosthetic tools and powerful ninja abilities while you blend stealth, vertical traversal, and visceral head-to-head combat in a bloody confrontation.

Last month, Director Hidetaka Miyazaki revealed some interesting details about the game. These included that the game is tremendously difficult, players won’t be able to respawn infinitely and that stealth is only really used to begin combat.

Check out the Sekiro Shadows Die Twice story trailer below and prepare to die as it launches for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on March 22.
