Overwatch Paris Assault Map Live on the PTR

Blizzard has announced today that the newest map to come to Overwatch is Paris. The Overwatch Paris Assualt Map is now live on the PTR and will be headed to the live game at a later date.

Playing on the Overwatch Paris Assault Map will see players battling on the streets of the City of Lights. After winding through the city streets players will eventually end up battling alongside the iconic Seine.

Blizzard is advising players that while in Paris they can visit;

  • Visit the Cabaret Luna, home to musical talents of diva, Luna.
  • Stop by the Pâtisserie Galand, known for their delicate mille-feuille and colourful macarons.
  • Take a leisurely stroll through the Maison Marat – a grand palace hosting a gala in the heart of the city.

You can watch a video below from GameSpot showing off some gameplay from the new Paris Map. Paris is the first European map to be introduced to Overwatch since Eichenwalde. 

Château Guillard is also set in France and was added when Deathmatch was introduced to the arcade.
