Yoshi’s Crafted World and Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn coming in March

Nintendo has some good news for fans today as it has announced that Yoshi’s Crafted World and Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn will both be released in March 2019. Yoshi’s Crafted World is the first game on Switch to star the lovable dinosaur.

It was revealed way back when the Switch was properly announced but wasn’t given a title until recently. Featuring art and crafts aesthetic, similar to Yoshi’s Wooly WorldYoshi’s Crafted World is stupidly adorable.

The world Yoshi explores in the game is made of everyday objects including cardboard boxes, cups, buttons and more. As a 2.5D game, developers Good Feel, have been able to create some truly incredible visuals.

Just look how cute those Yoshis are!

Yoshi’s Crafted World & Kirby!

Originally released for the Wii in 2011 and re-released for Wii U eShop in 2015. Featuring a wool aesthetic, before Yoshi did it, Kirby’s Epic Yarn took the pink puffball to a world made of material and cloth.

It features gameplay revolving around unravelling threads, unzipping secret passages and pulling enemies apart at the seams. The re-release on the 3DS will feature all of the original stages plus new Ravel Abilities that give Kirby extra powers.

Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn will also include mini-games and a harder, Devilish mode.

Both Yoshi’s Crafted World and Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn will include amiibo functionality.

Yoshi’s Crafted World launches for Switch on March 29 and Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn launches for 3DS on March 9.
