The poster reads;

The Wizarding World is at Risk of Exposure. We need your help. Wizards Unite.

According to Warner Bros and Niantic, Harry Potter Wizards Unite will give players the chance to explore the real-world while unravelling a magical mystery, casting spells from the world of Harry Potter and having run-ins with iconic monsters, beasts and characters from the novels and films.
