The Acer Predator Thronos Gaming Chair is an absolute beast

Acer has revealed the insane Acer Predator Thronos Gaming chair at IFA 2018. Calling it a chair is a gross understatement — it’s more like a fighter cockpit. The price can definitely be off the charts for some, which is why, I’ve linked cheap gaming chairs all in once place here.

It stands 1.5m tall and weighs in at 485 pounds. Possibly because it’s built out steel and aluminium that’s appropriately painted like some alien machine.

Acer Predator Thronos

The crown jewel of the Acer Predator Thronos is the curved triple monitor setup. Three 27-inch UltraWide gaming monitors float in front of you to give you a super wide view of games.

The only thing more immersive than this would be a VR headset.

Its ergonomic chair is motorized so that the entire rig can recline up to 140 degrees at the touch of a button. A footwell also rises out to support your legs for that LA-Z Boy effect.

Not only that, but the entire rig has haptic feedback to shake, rumble and roll in response to your games.

A handy slot for a Predator gaming PC and swivel tray for a keyboard/mouse make getting in and out a breeze.

Acer hasn’t revealed pricing or availability at this time but we’ll keep a lookout.

The Acer Predator Thronos looks like the ultimate addition to your man cave.
