Six Masters 2020 is online-only with $50,000 up for grabs

Ubisoft has officially announced the return of the Six Masters for 2020. In partnership with ESL Australia, Six Masters 2020 will be an online-only competition due to COVID-19. Eight Oceanic teams will compete across 14 playdays for a share of the $50,000 prize pool.

Commencing on April 28 and 29, teams will play every Tuesday and Wednesday from 7 pm in a single round-robin bracket. Matches will be best-of two.

At the conclusion of the 14 days of play, the top four teams will compete in a double elimination bracket to determine the winner of Six Masters 2020.

The eight competing teams are;

  • Elevate
  • TBD
  • Wildcard
  • Team SiNister
  • Pittsburgh Knights
  • Fury
  • Kanga Esports
  • LFO

The double elimination competition will take place on July 4 and 5 and the $50,000 will be split as follows;

  • 1st: $15,000
  • 2nd: $11,000
  • 3rd: $8,000
  • 4th: $6,000
  • 5th: $4,000
  • 6th: $3,000
  • 7th: $2,000
  • 8th: $1,000
