Teams competing in the ANZ Rainbow Six Pro League Season XI confirmed

With the Rainbow Six Pro League finished for Season X, Ubisoft already has its sights set on Season XI. On Twitter today, the teams competing in the ANZ group of the APAC competition were revealed. Like in previous seasons, there are eight teams competing, many of which will be familiar names if you followed Season X.

Following on from competing in the Pro League Finals in Japan after surprisingly knocking FNATIC out, Wildcard Gaming will be back in Season XI.

Faced with Natus Vincere in round one, Wildcard Gaming was discounted by many observers however they took the first map and held on until overtime on the third map, to show the world that ANZ isn’t a region to be underestimated.

Pro League Teams

FNATIC, being beaten by Wildcard in the APAC Finals and missing out on competing in the Pro League Finals will be back in Season XI. Other teams returning from Season X are Mindfreak, Oddity, Fury and Team SiNister.

Two new challengers will be competing in the Pro League Season XI; HomeLess and Rhythm. These two teams competed in the Rainbow Six Challenger League with Rhythm finishing in first place and HomeLess in second.

Placing first and second grants these teams entry into the ANZ Pro League for Season XI and a chance to play against the best in the region.

While there are no dates for Season XI yet, it’s sure to be announced soon. Stay tuned to PowerUp! for all the updates.
