Sindel is coming to Mortal Kombat 11 later this month

Mortal Kombat 11’s rolling out of DLC fighters continues in a few weeks when Sindel joins the roster. Announced in May, Sindel joins Shang Tsung, Nightwolf and the Terminator as additions to Mortal Kombat 11. Creator and Director Ed Boon recently tweeted some images of Sindel which you can see above and below.

Sindel is Kitana’s mother in the lore and was forced to marry Shao Kahn after he invaded her realm and murdered her husband. Sindel died by her own hand but was resurrected in Mortal Kombat 3.

Coming to Mortal Kombat 11 on November 26 (early access) Sindel fans seem divided on her inclusion and appearance in the game.

Sindel Mortal Kombat 11

Sindel is part of the Kombat Pack which also includes Shang Tsung, Night Wolf, Terminator T-800, The Joker and Spawn. The Kombat Pack also gives players access to additional content including skins for the fighters.

Alongside the release of the Terminator came a number of alternate skins, a Cassie Cage skin inspired by Harley Quinn and additional skins for other characters.

Sindel’s gameplay trailer has yet to be released, though usually, gameplay trailers are available a week or so before a character joins the game.

While fans are certainly split on Sindel, the recent unveiling of The Joker was met with widespread disdain. Fans have compared the look of the character to bad cosplay and wondered why he looks so young and clean cut.

We should learn more about Sindel very soon and she joins the game on November 26.

The Kombat Pack costs $59.95 AUD.

Mortal Kombat 11 is available now.
