The Microsoft Store in Sydney is hosting a Fortnite Gaming Day this weekend

Get yourself ready because the Microsoft Store in Sydney is having a Fortnite themed gaming day this weekend. The Pitt Street Microsoft Store will host the Fortnite gaming day as a way for the community to get together, play Fortnite and maybe even win some prizes.

Microsoft has announced that a Fortnite Gumshoe cosplayer will be in attendance for fans to take photos with in addition to all the swag guests will receive.

Based on the successful Microsoft Store Fortnite Friday events, the Microsoft Store Gaming Day is set to be even bigger and better.

Microsoft Store Gaming Day

Attendees of the Microsoft Store Gaming Day will be able to take part in a Fortnite Tournament and win V-Bucks. The day isn’t just for players either, with spectators able to get into the action.

When: 11am – 4pm, September 1, 2018.

Microsoft is hoping the event will bring the community together and celebrate gaming together. 

According to research by Xbox and Telsyte “digital bonding activities such as playing video games or streaming movies together are growing with 40 per cent of parents claiming that ‘digital bonding’ is an important part of family life.”
