Thanks to Amazon’s listing of the game, we have some Shadow of the Tomb Raider screenshots. Wario64 on Twitter first posted the screenshots, but they’ve come from Amazon.
In the screenshots, we can see Lara Croft in a variety of locations including tropical islands, an exotic city and, of course, fighting with bad guys.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider screenshots show off just how good the game is looking and it certainly shows some inspiration has been taken from Uncharted.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Screenshots
While we aren’t entirely sure what the story of Shadow of the Tomb Raider is going to be, it seems that Lara will be working to try and stop a Mayan apocalypse. It’s all very 2012, but being set in modern day I’m sure Lara will work out that everyone had their maths wrong.
These screenshots aren’t the only Shadow of the Tomb Raider info we’ve received today. Wario64 also posted an image of the cover art and various special editions of Shadow of the Tomb Raider. There are six editions and some very cool looking collector’s items.
Below you can see all the Shadow of the Tomb Raider screenshots.
Stay tuned as we’ll be sure to bring you all the news once Square Enix officially announces it later today
