Injustice 2 Legendary Edition is, well, Legendary

NetherRealm and WB Games have announced the Injustice 2 Legendary Edition.

Coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One this March, Injustice 2 Legendary Edition includes the base game and all DLC as well as some other additional bonuses.

In addition to the base game, Injustice 2 Legendary Edition includes DLC fighters;

  • Darkseid
  • Red Hood
  • Starfire
  • Sub-Zero
  • Black Manta
  • Raiden
  • Hellboy
  • Atom
  • Enchantress
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Injustice 2 Legendary Edition will also include the premier skins Power Girl, John Stewart Green Lantern, Reverse-Flash, Grid and Black Lightning.

Alongside the launch of Injustice 2 Legendary Edition will be a number of quality of life changes and addition to the base game. An expanded tutorial dubbed ‘Learn Hub’ will be released for players to get a better handle on how to best play Injustice.

All characters will now be able to reach level 30 with an increased level cap, new gear items have been added for all characters and finally, a new augment slot will be unlocked once a character reaches level 30.

Injustice 2 was released on May 11, 2017. In our review we wrote;

Injustice 2 is a better, more complete game than the original, but the roster is weaker and the story is far less compelling. For DC fans, it’s still a wet dream. It’s always great to see Superman being a huge douche and Batman punching the shit out of him.

With the updates and improvements made to Injustice 2 since release, it’s an even better game now than it was at launch. With the addition of new characters (albeit not as many DC characters as I’d like), the roster is strong and interesting.

Injustice 2 Legendary Edition is an ideal pick up if you’ve not jumped on board as yet.

Injustice 2 will be available on March 28, 2018.
