Gearbox has promised a Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands gameplay reveal is “coming soon”

Since it was announced at E3, news on Gearbox’s Borderlands spin-off — Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands — has been scant. We know no more now than we did in June. Set in a Dungeons & Dragons-style fantasy world and bearing some similarities to Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands lets players create their own customisable hero to battle the Dragon Lord voiced by Will Arnett.

While the setting is high fantasy, players will still be able to use guns alongside their magic and blades. We know that Tiny Tina will be the narrator and…that’s about it.

However, that’s all about to change as Gearbox is promising to show off Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands gameplay and soon.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Gameplay

A tweet posted to the official Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands account on September 3 announced the gameplay reveal coming up with one word; “soon.” Although the ‘os’ were eye emojis, but you get the idea. The tweet also included a gif which states “Gameplay reveal coming soon.”

Aside from one tweet in August, the account hadn’t tweeted since June 16, when the game was announced. Now, after posting the tease, the account has come back to life, is responding to fan tweets and seems to be run by Tiny Tina herself.

It’s cute.

So while we all wait patiently, at least we know that at some point, “soon,” we’ll get to see what Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is all about. For now, keep grinding Borderlands 3 and get those god rolls.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is scheduled to release in 2022.
