Hearthstone adds a free, five-chapter solo adventure as part of the Felfire Festival

As part of the ongoing Felfire Festival in Hearthstone, Blizzard has added a special, free five-chapter solo adventure; Trial by Felfire. This solo adventure follows Aranna Starseeker as she journeys to join Illidan and face off against the leader of the Rusted Legion; Mecha-Jaraxxus.

Across the five chapters players will be challenged by bosses and by using a variety of pre-made decks. By making it through all five chapters, players will be awarded the Rusted Legion card back.

That’s not all though, on June 24, challenges come to the Trial By Felfire, allowing players to create their own decks when going up against the Rusted Legion.

Trial By Felfire

Should you manage to complete the Trial By Felfire using your own decks, you’ll be awarded the Golden Kael’thas legendary card.

Finally, Blizzard is adding Legendary Quest Lines to Hearthstone. The first is live already and requires players to complete Chapter 1 of Trial Be Felfire. By doing so, they’ll unlock one Ashes of Outland pack, one Year of the Dragon pack, and one Rise of Shadows pack.

The next two challenges to be made available are;

  • June 24, 9:00 a.m. PT: Play 4 Trial by Felfire Challenge games and earn 1 Ashes of Outland pack, 1 Year of the Dragon pack, and 1 Saviors of Uldum pack.
  • July 1, 9:00 a.m. PT: Play 4 Tavern Brawl games and earn 1 Ashes of Outland pack, 1 Year of the Dragon pack, and 1 Descent of Dragons pack.

What are you waiting for? Go jump into Hearthsone, play Trial By Felfire and earn some free in-game loot.
