DONTNOD opens a new studio in Montreal

French developer DONTNOD, has today announced the opening of a new Montreal studio. Thie new studio is the first international office for DONTNOD which currently operates in France. Known for development of Life is Strange and its sequel, DONTNOD is currently working on another title for publisher Focus Home Interactive following the success of Vampyr.

Oskar Guilber, CEO of DONTNOD said;

We are delighted to share our plans of expansion with the opening of this new office in Montréal, completing the talented team working out of Paris. Our goal is to create video games as close as possible to our community’s expectations. With this new international team, we will be able to envision even more ambitious titles and keep writing wonderful stories for our players.

The new Montreal studio will be working on a brand-new project and DONTNOD will be hiring talent from the local area.

DONTNOD believes being in North America will allow the company to be closer to its community and to create “ven more immersive, engaging and innovative video games.”
