Own your very own Ori Bonsai Tree thanks to Xbox Australia

Xbox Australia has announced a very special giveaway today to celebrate the upcoming release of Ori and the Will of the Wisps. To bring the “enchanting magic and mystery of” Ori and the Will of the Wisps into Australian homes, Xbox Australia is giving away 20 limited-edition real Bonsai trees.

These ‘spirit trees’ are decades old and have been shaped and created to resemble the Spirit Tree from Ori. Each tree includes glowing lights, moss-covered ground and a handcrafted Ori mini figurine.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps

Each Bonsai represents a donation of trees to Greening Australia which is a local non-profit “working to protect, restore and conserve Australia’s native vegetation.”

Dan Johnson, Xbox Lead for ANZ said;

It is no secret that Xbox fans are passionate about the enchanting universe of Ori, so we wanted to celebrate the launch of Ori and the Will of the Wisps by bringing the Spirit Tree right into Australian living rooms. We hope these Bonsai Trees, reflecting the beauty of the Ori universe, will inspire our fans gameplay experience for many years to come

Bonsai is an ancient art form that blends horticultural ingenuity and Japanese aesthetics and is “designed to evoke reflection and balance in the viewer.” Xbox Australia says, “Caring for a Bonsai is known to evoke a sense of peace, harmony and balance, the perfect addition to the fans experience as they join Ori for his journey through strikingly beautiful environments and a story driven adventure with a stunning soundtrack.”

Ori and the Will of the Wisps launches for Xbox One on March 11 and will be available on Xbox Game Pass.
