Local boy Lachlan is the first Australian HyperX Brand Ambassador

HyperX, like all major brands, likes to use brand ambassadors to promote their product line by engaging celebrities and influencers. This time around, it’s our local boy, renowned gaming YouTuber Lachlan who has an incredible 12 million subscribers and one of the top gaming channels on YouTube.

Lachlan, who was the first Aussie gaming YouTuber to achieve 10 million subscribers, has always used HyperX products in his ‘family-friendly’ streams.

His videos regularly reach well above two million views, making his channel one of the top 10 gaming channels in the world.

Lachlan says “it’s super exciting to be working with a brand of products I really believe in. The HyperX team have always been big supporters of me and my viewers, and I’m thrilled to be their first Australian brand ambassador.”

As a brand ambassador, Lachlan will be using the best of the best HyperX PC peripherals in his streams and content creation; exposing HyperX to his huge number of followers.

Lachlan is the latest to join an incredible roster of stars like Post Malone, Joel Embiid, Gordon Hayward and Pokimane who all make up HyperX’s ‘We’re All Gamers’ brand campaign.

Susan Yang, Marketing Director, HyperX APAC said: “We are excited to be partnering with Lachlan, one of the most outstanding Australian YouTubers with global influence; Lachlan’s success and his strong connections with the gaming community perfectly demonstrate the spirit of HyperX”

In addition to full access to its full line of PC gaming peripherals, HyperX will host a gaming party with Lachlan at PXA AUS 2019. HyperX will debut Lachlan’s new illustrated style which is part of the signature ‘We’re all Gamers’ brand.

And if that wasn’t cool enough, the good folks at HyperX are giving one lucky winner a chance to join the party. Prizes include a set of HyperX peripherals, tickets and accommodation for PAX Aus 2019. Oh, and of course, a backstage pass to meet the man himself. You can enter the competition here:
