How and When to Watch the IEM Sydney 2019 CS:GO Semifinals

The Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Sydney 2019 playoffs are in full swing at Qudos Bank Arena. And today, Saturday 05 May 2019, we move into the CS:GO semifinals.

Yesterday’s quarterfinals delivered esports fans two incredible matches, with teams MIBR and Fnatic securing spots in the semifinals.

Though it was Fnatic’s match against Ninjas in Pyjamas that really stole the show, lasting over 5 incredible, heart-pounding hours. Are we going to see a repeat of that later today, or can Fnatic sweep NRG eSports and take victory early? Is there any need to buy CS:GO boost to win the tournament?

I started playing video games on my grandmother's Sega Master System (go, Alex Kidd!) and after almost 3 decades haven't looked back. I've written for various gaming outlets over the years and enjoy playing across all console platforms and genre types, though have a penchant for action/adventure, RPGs and loot-shooters. Pokémon is my favourite franchise and was there at the birth of the infamous 'rare candy' hack.
