Xbox and ELEAGUE team up for the ELEAGUE Gears Summer Series

Xbox and ELEAGUE have teamed up for the ELEAGUE Gears Summer Series. This six-part esports series and live tournament competition will give fans a closer look at the players of Gears Esports. The  first episode of this six-part series will be broadcast on TBS on June 14, 11 pm ET/PT.

The live tournament component of the ELEAGUE Gears Summer Series will feature the worldwide debut of Gears 5 multiplayer. At the Gears Summer Series live tournament, the top eight Gears of War teams will compete at Turner Studios in Atlanta. 

The event will showcase Gears 5’s multiplayer and will be streamed on Twitch and Bleacher Report’s premium streaming service. The event will take place on July 13 through 14.

ELEAGUE Gears Summer Series: The Bonds and Betrayals of Brotherhood is being billed as a series giving fans “an unprecedented look into the uniquely passionate world of Gears Esports.” To do so, the series will focus on six Gears Esports pros and each episode will explore their connection to Gears and watch as they move from Gears of War 4 to Gears 5.

ELEAGUE is a well-known entity in the world of Esports and has worked with CS:GOOverwatchCall of Duty: Black Ops 4Street Fighter V: Arcade EditionDota 2EA Sports FIFA 19NBA 2K Playgrounds 2Injustice 2Rocket LeagueTekken 7, and Formula E.
