Warhammer Chaosbane introduces the Dwarf Slayer; Bragi Axebite

We’ve already been introduced to the soldier and mage in Warhammer Chaosbane. Now it’s time to meet the dwarf slayer. Bragi Axebiter has taken the oath of the slayer “vowing to cleanse his honour by dying in combat against a formidable adversary.”

By seeking out the most powerful of enemies, he hopes to earn an honourable death and fulfil his oath.

While he’s a dwarf and short of stature, Bragi has high mobility and is able to enter the fray with speed to take down specific enemies in the middle of the fight.

Bragi’s mobility is complimented by the ability to throw his axe and “launch himself at whatever it’s stuck in.” This could be walls, trees, enemies and more. Players can use the right stick or space bar to aim and then unleash the axe. This allows Bragi to hit his enemy multiple times, before launching to the next and the next and so one.

Taking inspiration from DiabloWarhammer Chaosbane is coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One on June 4 with two betas to be held in March and April

A multiplayer, co-op title, Warhammer Chaosbane puts a strong emphasis on synergy between characters and working together to succeed. Each character also has a special Bloodlust attack with Bragi able to use a range of overpowered spells.

Look for Warhammer Chaosbane in June.
