Struth! Cop a Bloody Squiz at Mozzie and Gridlock in the True Blue Aussie Content coming to Rainbow 6 Siege; Burnt Horizon

Strike a light you flamin’ galahs. Ubisoft’s only gone and chucked some Aussies into the mix in Rainbow 6 Siege as part of Year 4 Season 1. Dubbed Burnt Horizon, the Rainbow 6 Siege Australia content is sure to put a smile on your face when it brings two brand-new Operators and the Outback map.

Operators Mozzie (Defender) and Gridlock (Attacker) are friends and have served in the Australian Special Air Service Regiment (SASR) Platoon together for years.

Gridlock uses Trax Stringers, that deploys s hexagonal pile of spikes. Gridlock’s Trax Stingers are like portable road spikes and when defenders step on them they take damage and are slowed. Ubisoft says that the Trax Stingers are good for map control.

Mozzie, on the other hand, deploys a Pest Launcher. The Pest will attach itself to an enemy drone and obscure its camera. When attached, the Pest will remotely override the drone and give full control of it to Mozzie, stealing it from the opposing team.

In addition to Mozzie and Gridlock, the new Outback map features an old servo on a dusty road with the map split into three sections; Garage, Motel and Restaurant. A medium-sized map, Outback will keep teams close to each other but able to hide as it’s filled with alternative routes, corners and more.

The Test Server for the Rainbow 6 Siege Australia content is live now and will launch across all platforms next week.

Rainbow 6 Siege is available now.
