Get a load of Metro Exodus’ weaponry and pre-order to get a free poster

More Metro Exodus details are being unveiled in the run-up to the game’s release. Deep Silver and 4A Games have released the Weapons trailer which gives us a look at the arsenal Artyom will have access to.

The video looks at the new and powerful weapon modification system that lets players change their guns on the fly. This allows guns to fit any situation; stealth, assault or something in between.

4A Games has also totally overhauled the weapon system and ensured that each of them is “mechanically functional.” The deep customisation options allow each weapon “hundreds of tactical permutations.”

Metro Exodus Weapons

In addition to the multitude of customisation options, weaponry must be cleaned and maintained. Players who fail to keep their weapons in top condition will find that they may jam up when needed the most.

The four classes of weapons in Metro Exodus are;

  • Handguns
  • Shotguns
  • Rifles
  • Special Weapons

Additional videos focusing on each class of weapons will be released prior to the game’s release.

Finally, those who pre-order a physical copy of the game will receive The Creatures of Pandora poster.

Metro Exodus will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on February 15, 2019.
