Celebrate Spyro’s 20th anniversary with an awesome custom cake

Today is the day! Spyro Reignited Trilogy is finally out. But not only that, did you know that Spyro is 20?

That’s right, 2018 marks the 20th anniversary of the release of Spyro the Dragon. To celebrate, Melbourne based bakers Raymond Tan and Vickie Liu teamed up to bake an awesome custom Spyro 20 cake.

Featuring “cassis grape swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate shards and delicate isomalt sugar work” the cake pays homage to Spyro and everything you’ll find in his games.

The cake is also a celebration for the release of Spyro Reignited Trilogy.

Available today on PS4 and Xbox One, we gave it an 8/10 in our review.

Why not have a go at making your own cake?
