The Overwatch League welcomes Atlanta Reign and Toronto Defiant

BlizzCon hype now bleeds into the slow release of future content for their games, cheers and tears over some announcements but if there’s one title that is undeniably kicking goals it’s Overwatch. 

With the growth of the Overwatch League comes an exciting announcement. Eight new teams have been added to the Overwatch League, with lots of mystery and speculation of team names and colours.

It is my distinct privilege to reveal to you, Atlanta Reign who will be competing in the Atlantic division, you can follow them to catch all the announcements on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook.

But their northern cousins, Toronto Defiant will be looking to stamp their claim on the Atlantic division as well. You can keep up to date with the Defiant on Twitter & Instagram.

Both sides will be looking to establish themselves early in the division, against formidable opponents like New York Excelsior, London Spitfire and Boston Uprising. It’s going to be a tough fight to the top for the new squads, and we are eager to see the announcements for the remaining six squads yet to announce their team names.
