Agony release date is taking you to hell this June

Madmind Studios and Maximum Games announced the Agony release date today. Scheduled to transport players to hell this June, Agony will be available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Agony began life on Kickstarter in November 2016 and was successfully funded. Publisher Maximum Games then picked up the game which was originally scheduled to release on March 30, 2018.

Agony was later delayed until May 29, 2018, and has now been pushed back until June 8 in Australia.

Agony Release Date

Agony is a survival horror title that sees the player transported to hell. With no memory of who they are or how they came to be in hell, players need to solve the riddles of the Red Goddess, to stay alive and escape.

Agony includes a fully featured single-player campaign story mode as well as a special challenge mode. The challenge mode features procedurally generated levels that players need to survive in for as long as possible in order to set high scores.

Played from the first-person perspective, Agony is a survival horror title in which the protagonist is only able to run and hide. Check out the story trailer below.

Agony will be released in Australia for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on June 8.
