Resident Evil Revelations and Revelations 2 are coming to Switch later this year

Capcom has announced that Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2 will be coming to Switch later this year. The former title was originally released for 3DS before appearing on consoles and most recently PS4 and Xbox One.

Both games are told in an episodic format, from multiple character’s perspectives and with a focus on survival horror, rather than action. In Revelations, Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine are investigating the Queen Zenobia cruise ship. Supposedly abandoned, the veteran S.T.A.R.S. members find it to be anything but.

Directed by Kōshi Nakanishi, who would go on to direct Resident Evil 7Resident Evil Revelations is just as immersive, horrifying and survival horror to the core. The re-release will feature HD visuals, improved framerate and all previous DLC. It also includes Raid Mode for players to take on the undead together.

Resident Evil Revelations is available for $24.95 AUD from the PlayStation Store for PS4 and $24.95 AUD for Xbox One.

Both Resident Evil Revelations and Revelations 2 will be available for Switch later this year.
