Paladins reaches 4 million players worldwide, console betas coming soon

Hi-Rez has announced today that Paladins has reached a 4 million player milestone since entering open beta on PC in September.

It’s gone on to become one of the most popular and most played games on Steam and is about to get even more popular. The open beta on PC will soon be joined by closed betas on both PS4 and Xbox One. In addition, Paladins will soon launch in China thanks to a partnership with Tencent.

Hi-Rez’s Chief Operating Officer Todd Harris is understandably happy with the reception Paladins has received.

The worldwide response to Paladins has been incredible. It has been thrilling to see the game grow week-over-week since the Steam Open Beta began in mid-September, as well as to hear all of the player feedback, which we are constantly using to improve the game.

To sign up for the closed beta for console, head to the registration websites for PS4 and Xbox One.
