EL Gaming win APAC Season 1 championship

The Wargaming.net League has announced that the first APAC World of Tanks season has been won by EL Gaming.

The championships were broadcast to 12,940, who watched as B-Gaming, Team Efficiency, Meltdown and EL Gaming fought for supremacy. EL Gaming beat Team Efficiency with 7 points to 2 to face B-Gaming in the finals. B-Gaming defeated Meltdown 7 points to 6.

EL Gaming managed to come out on top in the end and walked away with $50,000 AUD. B-Gaming was awarded $25,000 AUD and Team Efficiency and Meltdown both received $12,500.

“We hope our Australian gamers had a lot of fun tuning in, and they can rest assured that the WGL will continue to deliver on our promise of making players happy in lots of engaging, interesting ways,” said Ozan Kocoglu, APAC General Manager at Wargaming.
