Explore Satoru Iwata’s history thanks to Did You Know Gaming

Satoru Iwata was incredibly well respected and much loved within the video game community and his death last year at age 55 due to complications with cancer was an incredibly sad time.

Much of what Iwata accomplished during his life and his time at Nintendo is well documented and widely known. However, Did You Know Gaming has put together an homage to the former Nintendo programmer cum CEO detailing his career, achievements and influence on video games.

The video begins with Iwata’s tenure at HAL Labs and follows through until he was selected as CEO in 2002.
