Mafia III is 2K’s fastest selling title, free DLC available today

Mafia III is the fastest selling title in publisher 2K’s history. It was revealed in its Q3 earnings report that the title had shipped 4.5 million copies in its first week on sale.

While it received mixed reviews, our reviewer Ryan Rivetz praised it and said, “An ambitious and thrilling story is told in the third instalment of 2K Games’ Mafia franchise” awarding it a 9 out of 10.

2K also announced today that free DLC and a patch were available for Mafia III today. The patch includes a range of bug fixes and performance updates and includes 11 new outfits for Lincoln Clay in game. For full patch notes, head here.

Developer Hangar 13 is currently working on more DLC for the title which will include free updates for racing and vehicles and three premium story expansions.

Mafia III is available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
