Dawn of War III shines a spotlight on Wraithblade

SEGA and Relic are getting closer to releasing Dawn of War III and are continuing to release details of units that will appear in the game.

The Wraithblade is a super unit made when an Eldar dies in battle and their spirit joins with a Wraithguard construct.  Typified by their fury, Wraithblades are kept separate from other ghost units in order to prevent their infectious anger spreading.

Slower than other units, Wraithblades initiate combat from long range and gain speed and Fury over time. Vengeance grants them an additional 25% damage for every 10 Fury gained in combat. Soul Recall lets the Wraithblade abandon it’s physical form and back to the Infinity Portal to rest and recharge.

Dawn of War III will be available for PC.
