BlizzCon welcomes Weird Al

At BlizzCon 2016, attendees will be able to polka out to the tuneful songs of Weird Al Yankovic.

On Saturday November 5 PDT (November 6 AEDT) Weird Al will take the stage to close out the show.  “We’re super excited to close out our tenth BlizzCon with a performance from an epic showman—and fellow geek,” said Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment.

Although tickets to BlizzCon are sold out, fans can still watch online with a Virtual Ticket. Virtual tickets cost $49.95 AUD and gives purchasers love coverage of the event, including Weird Al’s performance.

“I’m very excited to be playing at BlizzCon,” said Al, “because it’ll be one of the few times in my life where a significant percentage of the audience is even nerdier than I am!”

BlizzCon will run November 5-6, 2016 in Anaheim.

I've been playing games for the past 27 years and have been writing for almost as long. Combining two passions in the way I'm able is a true privilege. PowerUp! is a labour of love and one I am so excited to share.
