GRIS arrives on PS5 & Xbox Series X December 13

Developer Nomada and publisher Devolver Digital have announced GRIS is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on 13 December 2022. First released in 2018 for Mac, PC and Switch, GRIS is a platform-adventure game with much more under the surface.

In his review, James wrote;

“It’s deeply spiritual, achingly human, immaculately constructed and absolutely demands to be experienced in a time when games and art are finally indistinguishable from one another. “

Now, 4 years after release, GRIS coming to current-gen platforms with “an abundance of technical upgrades and console-specific features:”

  • Xbox Series S: 2K 120fps
  • Xbox Series X: 4K-60fps or 2K-120fps
  • PS5: 4K 120fps + DualSense features including haptics, speaker, and more

According to Devolver, “GRIS is a serene and evocative experience, free of danger, frustration or death. Players will explore a meticulously designed world brought to life with delicate art, detailed animation, and an elegant original score. Through the game light puzzles, platforming sequences, and optional skill-based challenges will reveal themselves as more of Gris’s world becomes accessible.”

GRIS will be available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on December 13.
