Mafia: Definitive Edition Collectibles Guide – Gangsters Monthly

Mafia: Definitive Edition has been rebuilt from the ground up by Hangar 13. In addition to new visuals, tweaked missions, new gameplay and a game brought into 2020, Hangar 13 has added a number of Collectibles for players to find. These Mafia: Definitive Edition Collectibles are found scattered throughout missions and appear on the mini-map when you get close.

There are eight kinds of collectibles, with 117 comics, cards and postcards to be found, in addition to a number of stuffed foxes.

During missions, when you approach an area with a collectible, it will appear on your mini-map, helping you locate it not miss it as you progress. This guide will help you find and locate all Gangsters Monthly comics.

We’ve listed them in the order we found them. The game lists them in chronological order which isn’t super helpful for finding them as you go.

Mafia: Definitive Edition – Gangsters Monthly Locations

The first Gangsters Monthly you can find in Mafia: Definitive Edition is at Clark’s Motel during the Ordinary Routine chapter. Once you make your way inside the Motel by climbing up to the back porch, go all the way through the motel and out the other side to the front porch.

Go around the left-hand side and you’ll find the comic on a table.

Next, during the Better Get Used to It Chapter, before you head inside the Service Station to take down the hoodlums, go across the road to the entrance of the small alley opposite. Next to a garbage can, you’ll find the comic.

Inside the Hotel Corleone, during the Saint and the Sinner chapter, you’ll need to go up to level 2 and find room 210. In the bathroom, you’ll find the comic on the cabinet.

The next Gangsters Monthly needs to be collected during Omerta. After you’ve tracked down Frank and done everything at the airport, you’ll arrive at the bank.

Head downstairs to find the Bank Manager and you’ll see the comic on a chair next to a guard.

During the You Lucky Bastard chapter, when you’re chasing Sergio down, you’ll eventually come to a section with lots of boxes and crates, a train to your right and a warehouse/building to your left.

Make sure you go into the train on your right. Gangsters Monthly is in there on a crate.

You can only get this Gangsters Monthly during The Death of Art chapter. Once you reach Paulie’s apartment, don’t go in right away. Instead, go up the stairs until you reach the top floor.

You’ll see the comic on a table near a coffee mug.

You can grab this Gangsters Monthly during free play. Just south of the Terranova Bridge, on the Chinatown side, there’s a small fishing hut and a dock.

On the edge of the dock, you’ll find the comic on the ground next to a chair.

You can get this Gangsters Monthly during free play. It’s found on the eastern side of the State Prison on Central Island. Go to the east of the prison and you’ll be able to hop open a gate.

Go through the gate and towards the road/to the prison walls. You’ll find the comic here on the ground.

This one, Gangsters Montly 5, was the most difficult collectible to find in the entire game. You can view our guide specifically for this one here.

To grab it, you need to go to Morello’s Bar with a fast car and drive west. You need to be going fast enough to hit the small ramp at the nearby market fast enough to jump onto the roof of the nearby diner.

Good luck.

You can find this Gangsters Monthly in the Worker’s Quarter. From Salieri’s Bar, go south then take the first right. Then go right again and then take the first left. Then keep going until you reach a parking lot with a chainlink fence. On the western side of the parking lot is a wall with spikes but there’s on section you can climb.

Jump over then head south and you’ll find the comic near a hut.
