The EPOS|Sennheiser GSX 300 is an external USB sound card

EPOS has announced the co-branded EPOS|Sennheiser GSX 300; an external, USB sound card. EPOS claims the GSX 300 will provide a “hassle-free quality upgrade of audio quality over the typical on-board audio of gaming PCs.”

Designed to be easily installed and managed, the GSX 300 works with EPOS’ proprietary Gaming Suite software for Windows 10 to provide 7.1 surround sound. The GSX 300 also works with Windows 10’s own sound controls and includes a smart button to switch sound modes.

Billed as an easy, entry-level audio upgrade for PS users, the GSX 300 can improve upon the on-board soundcard while looking stylish, minimalist and sleek.

EPOS is also claiming the GSX 300 will improve the sound quality through your headset.

The GSX 300 is an excellent way to breathe new life into your existing gaming headset, no matter the brand. Simply attach the headset through the GSX 300’s two 3.5mm jack sockets (one for mic and one for audio) and enjoy the significant boost in your gaming audio experience – audio quality which would be impossible to achieve with most on-board sound cards in both laptops and desktop computers.

Available now from https://www.eposaudio.com/en/au/gaming, the GSX 300 retails for $129.90 AUD.
