Splatoon’s final Splatfest and five new amiibo

Nintendo has announced that Splatoon’s final Splatfest will take place in July along with five brand new Splatoon amiibo being released.

From July 22, players will be able to form teams to solve the ultimate Splatoon Splatfest debate; Who is better? Callie or Marie. The Splatfest will run until 7pm AEST July 24 at which point the community will have determined which sister is best. From now until 13 July, players can submit their best Art Academy creations using the theme “Splatfest Memories” to the Miiverse Community.

On July 9, five new Splatoon amiibo will be released including a double pack of Callie and Marie and a triple pack with new colours for the Inkling Girl, Inkling Boy, and Inkling Squid. Finally, if you’ve not yet picked up a copy of Splatoon, nows the time as it will discounted on the Nintendo eShop by 25% from Juy 8 through to July 21 in Australia and New Zealand.

Splatoon is exclusive to Wii U.
