Get NVIDIA Game Ready for Minecraft with RTX beta which is now live

Mojang Studios Minecraft with RTX open beta has started. At 3AM AEST and NVIDIA released the Game Ready Driver that will enable DLSS 2.0 and best ray tracing performance in time for you to try the game.

The new game features an advanced form of ray tracing called path tracing as well as new physically-based materials and NVIDIA DLSS 2.0 support. This takes Minecraft to a whole new level of visual delight and experience. Additionally, NVIDIA is offering six new Minecraft worlds available in the
Minecraft Marketplace for free, along with guides for creators to build their own new RTX worlds. Check out this cool new trailer.

The Game Ready drivers are NVIDIA’s attempts to ensure gamers get the best, first impression of a new game. The drivers are tuned for the best performance across the range of GeForce GPUs. You can get the latest Game Ready Driver for Minecraft with RTX here.

Along with the new driver, NVIDIA is also announcing three new displays that have joined the G-SYNC Compatible program. The program certifies OEM monitors that use some form of AdaptiveSync protocol like FreeSync will work with NVIDIA’s own G-SYNC protocol.

The newly-validated monitors are the Acer XB273GP, Acer XB323U, and ASUS V27B. It’s also worthwhile having a look at the full list of G-SYNC compatible displays in case yours is on it.
