How to find all five Occult Hunts in Guns, Love & Tentacles

Borderlands 3’s second DLC is now available. It tells the story of Jakobs and Hammerlock’s nuptials on the planet of Xylourgos and has enough content to keep you playing for quite a few hours. In addition to the new missions and story, Guns, Love & Tentacles offers up five new Legendary Hunts, called Occult Hunts, for you to complete.

Like the Legendary Hunts in Borderlands 3, Occult Hunts in Guns, Love & Tentacles require you to track down an enormous beast, kill it and stay alive. Each one you kill will see a new head mounted on the wall on the second floor of the lodge.

The five Occult Hunts are; Kratch, Gmork, Kritchy, Kukuwajack and The Yeti.

Guns, Love & Tentacles Occult Hunts

Kratch can be found in Heart’s Desire, which is the final location you’ll access in the DLC. As you make your way through the map, just before you drop into the room with Xam and Tim, turn back towards the Fast Travel station and go past it.

Follow this corridor around until you find a large open room. Kratch will appear. It has two bars of armour and one bar of health.

Gmork

Gmork is a giant, prime Wolven who can be found in The Cankerwood. If you have already lowered the bridge, as you enter Sweetfruit Village, head to your right and stick to the right-hand side. You’ll go down a small decline and enter an area filled with wolven dens. Gmork will appear here.

He starts with one armour bar and one health bar, however, Wolven Howlers will give him one shield bar as well.

Kritchy

Kritchy is a Floating Krich and is located in the north-east corner of Cursehaven. From Olmstead Square, take the northern bridge and then turn right after you cross. Follow this path and you’ll come to an open area where Kritchy spawns.

It has two armour bars and one health bar.

Kukuwajack

The Kukuwajack is located in Negul Neshai and inside the ship. You can find the area just before you ascend and connect Deathtrap to the fusion core. Before you go ahead, go to your right and follow the path around.

You’ll find the Kukuwajack here. It has one armour bar and two health bars.

The Yeti

The Yeti can be found in Skittermaw Basin, just before the transition to The Cankerwood. Once you can open the door at the mine site that leads to The Cankerwood, as you head along the cave, look to your left for a ledge you can climb up. Follow this path and you’ll meet The Yeti.

He has one health bar and is accompanied by small Jabbers.

There you have it. That’s all five Occult Hunts in Guns, Love & Tentacles.
