Resident Evil 3 Remake Demo available tomorrow; Resident Evil Resistance Beta starts March 27

Fans clamouring to get their hands on Resident Evil 3 Remake can clamour a little more quietly tomorrow. Capcom has announced that a special demo will be available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One and will give players a taste of the action featured in the game, releasing on April 3, 2020.

In addition to getting to play the game ahead of time, the Resident Evil 3 Remake demo will show a brand-new cinematic trailer to those who complete the demo. Players will also be able to complete a Mr Charlie scavenger hunt within the demo.

Players will have to track down 20 statues while evading the Nemesis and trying to stay alive.

Additionally, Capcom has announced an open beta for Resident Evil Resistance beginning on March 27. The asymmetrical 4v1 multiplayer mode included with Resident Evil 3 Remake sees survivors attempting to escape a fiendish maze controlled by the Masterminds.

The open beta kicks off at 6 pm AEDT on March 27 and ends at launch on April 3.

Resident Evil 3 Remake demo launches tomorrow, March 19, and the full game will be available on April 3.
