Replace your blades with guns in A.O.T. 2 Final Battle

A.O.T. 2 Final Battle is out next month for PC, PS4, Switch and Xbox One. Today, Koei Tecmo and Omega Force have revealed that players won’t have to rely on bladed weapons only. In A.O.T. 2, guns are part of the combat experience with players able to swap their traditional Slashing Gear for something with firepower.

Shooting Gear replaces blades and allows players to attack from range with different types of ammo which causes different damage. This includes Regular Shot, Scatter Shot, Explosive Shot, Attrition Shot, Numbing Shot and Incendiary Shot Ammo.

To reload Shooting Gear, players simply need to do the same as replacing gas or blades. However, in A.O.T. 2, guns will be reloaded with a perfect reload if the player hits the button while the dial is yellow.

In doing this, resources in use won’t be depleted for a short period. Switching between Shooting and Slashing Gear can be done at supply bases while in the field.

Finally, in A.O.T. 2 Final Battle, players will have access to Showdown Equipment. The two options available are Thunder Spear and Gatling Guns. These special weapons are available once equipped and the Showdown Equipment gauge is filled.

Both deal tremendous damage are can be used to defeat Titans with ease.

A.O.T. 2 Final Battle is coming to PC, PS4, Switch and Xbox One in July, 2019.
