Trine 4 gameplay footage and behind the scenes look shown in new video

Frozenbyte is gearing up for the release of Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince later this year. To give fans a look at how the game is coming alone, a new video has been released.

This special behind-the-scenes video gives fans a look at the making of the game and some Trine 4 gameplay.

In the video, Frozenbyte team members speak about the development of Trine 4, decisions that have been made and how the studio refocused on what it does best.

Trine 4 Gameplay

Trine 4 is headed to PC, PS4, Switch and Xbox One this year and is being heralded as a much larger game that Trine 1 or 2. Trine 4 features a new story that sees Amadeus, Pontius, and Zoya back together again.

After years apart, the Astral Academy has requested help from the three heroes to find Prince Selius, whose intensely dark nightmares have begun to slip into reality and wreak havoc on the waking world.

Set to feature more boss fights than ever, more puzzles, new skills and incredible environments, Trine 4 also adds four-player co-op for the first time in the series’ history.

Check out the video below for interviews and Trine 4 gameplay.

It will launch later this year.
