Six Masters 2019 is coming to Melbourne Esports Open

The largest ever Rainbow Six Siege esports event in Australia and New Zealand has been announced. Ubisoft’s Six Masters 2019 is coming to the Melbourne Esports Open and will see 12 of the best teams competing.

Winners of the Six Oceanic Cup 2019, Orgless is invited to participate in the Six Masters 2019 and will take first seed.

Other Pro League teams from Season IX have also been invited and include;

  • FNATIC
  • Mindfreak
  • Oddity
  • ex-AVANT
  • Ex Nihilo

The final six spots will be decided by qualifiers held via ESL’s GO4 tournaments. GO4 will run from May 12 through June 2 and the top six teams will qualify for the Six Masters 2019.

Six Masters 2019

After round-robin matches taking place from June through July, the top eight teams will participate in the finals at the Melbourne Esports Open. The Six Masters 2019 at MEO will be single elimination, nest-of three matches.

The prize pool and split will be announced closer to the event.

Tickets to MEO are available now from the official website or Ticketek. If you can’t get to the event live, you can watch all of the action on Rainbow 6 ANZ’s streaming channels.
