Good news Call of Duty fans, the Black Ops 4 beta has been announced and it’s starting very soon, In fact, there’s not one, but two Black Ops 4 betas coming for players to try.
Announced by Activision and Treyarch, the first beta will kick off in August and will focus on multiplayer. Available first on PS4, the multiplayer Black Ops 4 beta will commence August 4.
PC and Xbox players will be able to join in one week later.
Black Ops 4 Beta
The multiplayer beta will be followed by a special Blackout Black Ops 4 beta in September. An exact date for the Blackout beta has not yet been announced, but stay tuned as Activision has promised to share more information shortly.
Blackout is Black Ops 4’s Battle Royale mode and the beta will, like the multiplayer beta, be available first on PS4.

- PlayStation 4 (Starts: August 4 at 3am/AEST – Ends: August 7 at 3am/AEST)
- PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (Starts: August 11 at 3am/AEST – Ends: August 14 at 3am/AEST)
- PC Beta Early Access (Starts: August 11 at 3am/AEST) *PC exclusively on Battle.Net
- PC Open Beta (Starts: August 12 at 3am/AEST – Ends: August 14 at 3am/AEST)
Call of Duty Black Ops 4 will be available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on October 12.
