Dark Souls Remastered Network Test will go ahead on Switch

Unfortunately, we now know that Dark Souls Remastered on Switch will be delayed. But there is still some good news, as Bandai Namco has confirmed that the Dark Souls Remastered Network Test Switch will still go ahead.

It was unclear after news of the delay was announced if the Switch Network Test would go ahead as planned. Thankfully, the Dark Souls Twitter account has put our fears to bed.

While there is still no definitive date for when the Dark Souls Remastered Network Test for Switch will occur, we know that it likely won’t be until the other versions have been released

According to the Dark Souls Twitter account, in response to a query from a fan, the Network Test will certainly be happening.

In a second tweet, it was confirmed that the Network Test on Switch will be happening separately from the other platforms. While all of this news about the Dark Souls Remastered delay is certainly disheartening, at least Switch fans know that they will get to try out the remaster before it’s Summer 2018 release.

Dark Souls Remastered will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on May 25, 2018. It will release for Nintendo Switch in Summer 2018.
