Dishonored: Death of the Outsider – How to Unlock the Face of the Abbey

Dishonored’s latest instalment — Death of the Outsider — is available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Like Dishonored and Dishonored II, Death of the Outsider is a darkly humorous journey through a strange world.

Through the five chapters of Death of the Outsider, there are multiple paths to take, secrets to find and of course, people to kill; or knockout if you prefer. In this series of guides, we’ll show you how to unlock Trophies/Achievements, find secret areas and more.

How to unlock the Face of the Abbey Trophy

In Chapter 4, you’ll come face to face with the Abbey of the Everyman and Sisters of the Oracular Order. They are searching the Royal Conservatory for any signs of heresy and their methods are not subtle.

During the mission, you need to locate Sister Rosewyn and learn some information from her to further your quest to find the Outsider. In order to unlock this trophy, you need to take the place of Brother Cardoza during the meeting.

Brother Cardoza is the only named and maskless member of the Abbey and can be found on the third floor, inside a small office. You can reach him either by taking the stairs from the second floor or by using Displace to reach a window ledge on the third floor.

When you are nearby you will hear a Sister telling him that Sister Rosewyn wants to see him. Make sure you Displace into the room Brother Cardoza is in and silently subdue him. Take his face using Semblance and then walk outside to Sister Rosewyn.

A short cutscene will play and you’ll unlock the trophy.

Dishonored: Death of the Outsider is available now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
